Meet Your Retreat Leader

Rev. Bil Hood is a Lutheran pastor, creative leader, retreat facilitator, author, and award-winning video director. He has served in executive roles within LCMS congregations, schools, and universities - and has led storytelling and event experiences for multiple Fortune 500 companies. A member of both the Television Academy and the Gospel Music Association, Bil blends biblical insight, cultural intelligence, and design thinking to help organizations tell better stories and lead with clarity. His upcoming book, The Genesis of Creativity, explores how Genesis 1 informs modern-day creative leadership.
